We want to take care of the mouse issue as quickly as we can and educate customers about mouse prevention for the future while saving the customer money. It's a Win- Win with No contract and No Hassles.

1. We aim to seal all entry ways where mice can get through and give you up to

1-hour thorough inspections on the Outside perimeter and inside your basement perimeter of home.

2. We then will setup necessary humane traps in your Basement Attic and Garage areas to capture any existing mice that are already in the home.

3. Will work together with customers and educate homeowner maintenance preventative ways to secure your home for longer term security.

4. We have effective Humane optional on-going safe and effective treatments for you and your family , including the furry ones to prevent the mice from entering the home in the future. Many companies have one program and do not offer long-term Humane preventative ways to control mice.

We Guarantee there will be 5 or more entryways we will resolve during our 45-60 minute inspections.

We Aim to Educate our customers so the mouse invasion can actually be prevented in the future.

Why we don't use the Exterior Bait Boxes ?

* Biomagnification- Simple terms poison can travel to another animal.

* You are putting a food source substitute drawing rodents to your home.

* Depending on the bait if it's not replaced it will dry and be defective and not work.

* Cheaper not to use them and Honestly they work best on commercial properties

You will then be placed in our data-based system

We will simply call you if you would like services

Repeat seasonal customers do not have to pay- setup every year/ just the on-going treatment fees till March following year.

Important Reminder you do not pay-setup fee again for 2 years if you choose Step #1 and/or Step #2 and End services- You can call us back within 2 years and we will just continue on-going treatments and check over exclusion to make sure your home is secure.

After returning for 30-day evaluation

Customer may choose

re-occurring mouse treatments

November to November (following season)

April-October treatments will be changed to every 60 days as warmer weather application treatments will last longer outside.

(30 days are only necessary in colder months)

Please keep in mind the setup fee guarantee is within 2 years

When we finish in October we will ask if you would like to continue and repeat.

Customers can change through options any year they want
